Overall Top 3 competitors in the Open Division will receive a prize. Watch your emails for correspondence regarding these prizes:

1st place = Kettlebell Backpack from Well Built Humans
2nd place = Pair of shoes from Xero
3rd place = Pre-workout supplement from Well Built Humans & Proceller8

In 2024 we are planning to reward all participants who achieve “benchmark” performances in the Classic and Scaled divisions as well. These benchmarks will be frustratingly doable; meaning, you’ll have to intelligently train to achieve them, but they’ll be achievable to the majority who are tenacious enough to keep working for them.

Anyone who surpasses the benchmarks in all three lifts will receive an “earned, not given” shirt. These shirts will be a badge of honor, and those that achieve them year after year will be recognized for continuing to hit the mark.

Looking toward the future

This year’s event involved 179 competitors from at least 10 different countries who participated at 25 gyms across Australia, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, United Kingdom, and United States.

We know these numbers may seem small compared to prior events, but between political turmoil, the pandemic, and a transition of ownership, we’re grateful to have been able to continue the tradition! And we extend a heartfelt thank you to all hosts, competitors, participants, and spectators/followers for continuing to carry the torch.

Big things are coming in 2024, as we look to improve the event for hosts and athletes and to make strategic partnerships that will massively expand our community. Please help us start by following our new Facebook and Instagram pages.

See you all in 2024!
